5 days of ski-touring between the Haut-Var and Haut-Verdon in the Mercantour. This particularly wild region offers up well-hidden, superb, pure-powder panoramas. Peaks top the 3,000-meter mark, and set the scene for a palate of itineraries to satisfy any ski-touring heart's desire. Tucked away in this quaint, little Mercantour hamlet lies a farm-style inn with "organic" meals and farm-grown products...
